Glittering animations always looked super hard to me until I figured out the secret! It's actually one of the easiest animations you can do; just be sure to use 3 frames, because if you use 2, it will look very obvious and awkward!

By the way, I used GIMP for this tutorial (and everything else I draw), and it's a completely free program! You can learn more about GIMP and download it for free here.
