My half of an art trade with =UntitledJoy: an icon of her OC, Melissa, with a slightly edited outfit.
I recently talked with the founder of one of my favorite groups to discuss one of my icons and was alerted to the fact that my animation is usually very choppy.
I was reluctant to try it because I'm pretty stubborn, but I decided to go with it anyway: a smoother, three-frame animation. What do you guys think? Do you prefer this style, or my two-frame bobbing style?
The hair took a while to pixel, but I'm really pleased with how it came out. ^^ Don't even get me started on the skirt animation, though; it was a bitch.
Overall, I had fun, and this was quite a learning experience. ♥ I hope you like it, =UntitledJoy!
